In Serimag we take a step further in our responsibility in the management and development of Information Security, the continuous improvement of our operations and the maintenance of the satisfaction levels of our customers; and we obtain the ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 27001 Information Security Certifications with a global scope of the activities of the Organization and we do it in an integrated manner. Both recognitions accredit and highlight the diligence of all those who are part of the company to guarantee the robustness and security of its services.
The standards set out in the ISO Regulations are agreed internationally by experts, and are intended to establish a framework for action focused on the adoption of good practices by companies. Specifically, ISO 27001 ensures that companies protect the security and privacy of their information; ISO 9001 specifies guidelines that companies must follow to demonstrate that their products or services meet the requirements and expectations of their customers; and also ensures that there is continuous improvement in their processes.
The implementation of both Systems in the operation has had an integrated approach throughout its course, and has transcended smoothly thanks to a harmony between the high quality that has always accompanied Serimag’s services and a strong Safety component present at every stage of its development. Given the complexity of our technology and processes, the integration between both elements has been key in the certification process.
