We are very proud to be able to work with clients as relevant as Caixabank and to be part of their Digital Transformation. We hope to continue on the road together and add new projects in the future.
During these more than 10 years and thanks to the trust placed by Caixabank in Serimag, we have managed to automate more than 50 core banking processes of the entity, processing today more than 1 million pages daily. We continue to add new projects and processes together, among which are Asset, Wills, Foreign Trade, Transfers or Checks, to name a few.
And exceptionally, Serimag has been a critical ally for the merger process between Caixabank and Bankia, and consequently its processes. This merger has led to a significant increase in the volume of documentation in the different processes and, thanks to Serimag’s TAAD Automation, it has been possible to absorb it efficiently and economically.
On the other hand, throughout 2021 and 2022 Serimag has been instrumental in the design and implementation of the ICO loan granting process for Caixabank and other entities in the country. Given the circumstances, Serimag had to put the system into production in record time, ready to withstand high loads from the first minute and with no margin for error.
Thanks to the joint effort, Caixabank has positioned itself nationally as the entity with the highest percentage of Automation in document processes, contributing significantly to its strategic process of Digital Transformation.
In summary, the Caixabank-Serimag collaboration has allowed the bank to evolve its processes towards greater automation, obtaining very significant recurring savings as well as a reduction in errors and greater scalability.
