PRIVACY POLICY SOCIAL NETWORKS

In accordance with the provisions of the current and applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), SERIMAG MEDIA SL, (hereinafter SERIMAG) informs users that it has proceeded to create a profile on the Social Network/s Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, with the main purpose of advertising its products and services.

SERIMAG data:

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by SERIMAG, thus showing interest in the information advertised on the Network. By joining our site, you consent to the processing of personal data published in your profile.

The user can access at all times to the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure your profile to ensure your privacy.

SERIMAG has access to and processes the user’s public information, in particular, the user’s contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network itself. They are not incorporated into any treatment system.

 

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

In relation to access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data, which you have and that can be exercised before SERIMAG, in accordance with the RGPD, you must take into account the following nuances:

  • Right of AccessThis is the user’s right to obtain information about his or her specific personal data and the processing that has been or will be carried out, as well as the information available about the origin of said data and the communications made or planned for said data.
  • Right of RectificationThis is the right of the data subject to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected. It can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under SERIMAG’s control, for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself, images or web content containing the user’s personal data.
  • Right to restrict the processing of personal dataThis is the right to have the purposes of the processing originally intended by the data controller limited.
  • Right of DeletionThis is the right to delete the user’s personal data, except as provided for in the RGPD itself or in other applicable regulations that determine the obligatory nature of the conservation of the same, in time and form.
  • Right of portabilityThe right to receive the personal data provided by the user in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller.
  • Right of OppositionThis is the user’s right not to have his or her personal data processed or to have the processing of such data by SERIMAG stopped.

SERIMAG will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to public profile information.
  • Publication in the user’s profile of all information already published on the SERIMAG website.
  • Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network channels.
  • Page status updates that will be posted on the user’s profile.

The user can always control his connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to him and restrict who he shares his connections with by accessing his privacy settings.

 

PUBLICATIONS

The user, once linked to the SERIMAG page, may publish on the latter comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user, in all cases, must be the owner of the same, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties concerned. Any publication on the site, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that violate or are likely to violate morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, SERIMAG reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

SERIMAG will not be held responsible for the contents freely published by a user.

The user must keep in mind that his publications will be known by other users, so he himself is the main responsible for his privacy.

The images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any processing system by SERIMAG, but they will remain on the Social Network.

 

CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

SERIMAG reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions, in which the user linked to its page may participate. The bases for each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be published on the same. Always complying with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulation.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

 

ADVERTISING

SERIMAG will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services, in any case, if it decides to treat your contact data to carry out direct actions of commercial prospecting, it will always be in compliance with the legal requirements of the RGPD and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending SERIMAG’s website to other users so that they can also enjoy the promotions or be informed of its activity shall not be considered advertising.
