QUALITY POLICY

The Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001 standards is applicable for the scope:

  • Automated document processing services through the development of AI, for the transformation of the conventional Backoffice into an automatic one; BPO Services;
  • Content creation and management;
  • Business Intelligence projects;
  • Tailoring of services to the customer’s processes.

In this way, it aims to achieve a high level of quality. Our main objective is to achieve the satisfaction of our clients by offering them the best service, through the quality of our projects and the personalized attention of our employees.

For this purpose, we have material means and a qualified human team whose mission is always to meet the customer’s requirements and maintain a high degree of satisfaction with respect to our services.

SERIMAG, aware of the importance of quality, as well as the need for good resource management, is committed to the dissemination of these values throughout the company. For this purpose, it implements and maintains a QUALITY SYSTEM based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.

This Quality System aims to ensure the best possible fulfillment of our commitments, so that our services and programs are more responsive to the needs of our stakeholders.
As a permanent objective, in addition to aiming to achieve maximum customer satisfaction through quality service, the following aspects are also important:

  • Promote a process of continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • Continuous and personalized customer service, understanding their needs through fluid communication.
  • Comply with the requirements of users, ISO 9001, current legislation and other interested parties.
  • Continuously improve our services, making a constant effort to update our knowledge in new areas that allow us to be at the forefront of our industry, thus anticipating the new demands and / or needs of our users.
  • To instruct, motivate and involve all personnel in the management and development of the Quality Management System, promoting continuous training to ensure a high degree of qualification of our employees.
  • Use of new technologies and equipment as much as possible.

SERIMAG’ s Management voluntarily assumes the task of promoting this Quality Policy in our organization. To this end, it is committed to directing and motivating its employees to achieve the objectives proposed within the framework of the Quality Management System.
